Assistant Teacher - Senior Musical Theatre

Alana has an avid love for the performing arts and completed her Diploma of Musical Theatre at the Queensland College of Dance in 2022. Since then, she has performed in several productions across the Gold Coast, including Mamma Mia, 42nd Street and All Shook Up, developing a strong love for both performing and choreography.

In 2025, Alana received the Palm Award for Best Choreographer of a Youth Production for Spotlight’s production of Beauty and the Beast, recognising her creativity and dedication to working with young performers.

Alana is passionate about teaching and enjoys helping students build confidence, develop their performance skills and work towards their goals. She strives to create a supportive and nurturing environment where young performers feel encouraged to grow, take creative risks and enjoy the process of learning through theatre in a safe and nurturing environment.
